There have been some problems with the ArseWeb server recently.
You should find now that the URL http://www.arseweb.com works fine.
However the alternative URL http://arseweb.com does not appear to me
to be working at all.
The hosting company seem to think that it's all fixed now, so it'd be
very helpful if I could compile some information about how well
it's really working. If you have time, please see if you can
get a response from the following link: http://arseweb.com
and
let me know if it
works or not. If it does, I also need to know
if your browser has inserted the "www". If it has, what happens
when you type "http://arseweb.com/" in the URL field and
press return?
