The short version of the ArseWeb URL,
www.arseweb.com
has now been fixed.

let me know if it doesn't work for
you now.
Huge thanks go to everyone (over 100 of you) who
took the trouble to test the URLs for me. The responses
were invaluable in helping me persuade the hosting company
that there was a problem.
