Arsenal Ladies won their away game at Sunderland in the first round of the League Cup by seven goals to nil.
The goalscorers for Arsenal were Angela Banks x 3, Caroline Thorpe, Sarah Wooliscroft, Ciaira Grant and an own goal.
Let's hope in the draw for the next round the Ladies get a home game because according to the Premiership Fixture List the Ladies next home game isn't until December 3rd.
