A fairly young Arsenal team, with one notable exception, romped to a convincing win at Wimbledon's training ground, Jermaine Pennant getting his first hattrick in Arsenal colours. As reported earlier, David Seaman made his comeback in the match, Stefan Malz and new signing Tomas also played, but the team was otherwise made up of teenagers.

The draw for the 5th round of the FA Youth cup has now been made, and Arsenal have an away tie at either Oldham Athletic or West Ham United, who play their 4th round match on 24 Jan.
