The under 17s lose a crucial game and now have just one game in the league part of the season left. Title rivals West Ham had their game on Saturday postponed and are now two points behind with 2 games in hand. They play in midweek, and the final game next Saturday is between Arsenal and West Ham. According to the West Ham youth team coach, see this page on the West Ham official site, the league finishes on Saturday irrespective of whether all fixtures have been fulfilled. So the winner of the game on Saturday will win the league. Update Weds: West Ham's game at Palace today has now been postponed.
The U19s had an ultimately comfortable win after struggling in the first half to impose their game. They are now 8 points clear of their nearest rivals Watford, having played 1 game more. Report now up, see the ArseWeb youth team page for that, tables and further details.
