FA Premier Reserve League South, Tue 13 November 2001
Ipswich Town 2 Arsenal 1
Arsenal scorer: Brown
A second successive away defeat for a young Gunners side at a freezing Portman Rd. Arsenal led at half time through Jermaine Brown, but the Tractor Boys, featuring the experienced Wilnis and Reuser, hit back after the break. Rising young star striker Darren Bent got both goals, the winner coming in the 90th minute. See Arsenal.com for a report, and the ArseWeb reserve team page for further stats and details. |
