Just over 4,000 spectators at Southampton's St Marys stadium saw Arsenal Ladies beat the Southampton Saints by 3-0. The first goal was scored by Angela Banks with the second coming from Jayne Ludlow. The second half bought the third goal - scored again by Angela Banks.
This puts the Ladies into third place in the Premiership - 2 points behind the leaders Everton but with four games in hand. They are also a point behind second placed Doncaster Belles and have two games in hand over them.
The Ladies next game is at home to Tranmere Rovers on December 9th with a 2pm kickoff. I'm sure the bar at Borehamwood will be showing the mens game on the big screen afterwards!
