Final score from Borehamwood in the Ladies FA Cup:
Arsenal Ladies - 3 Leeds Ladies - 0
In very wet and muddy conditions goals from Kirsty Pealling and Angela Banks gave Arsenal Ladies a 2-0 scoreline at half time. Towards the end of the second half a Marieanne Spacey shot got stuck in the mud allowing Jayne Ludlow a simple tap-in to get the third. Not a good day then for anybody who follows the teams from Leeds United!
Arsenal Ladies should be playing the next round next Sunday but because the game between Doncaster Belles and Barry Town (who will provide the opposition) has still yet to be played the date for the next round game is not known.
So this means the Ladies will have a day off next Sunday or maybe they'll sneak in and re-arrange one of the many games they've still yet to play!
