FA Premier Reserve League South, Wed 26 February 2003
Charlton Athletic 4 Arsenal 1
Arsenal scorer: Ljungberg
Freddie Ljungberg scored on his continued comeback from injury, but a Charlton side packed with experience exacted revenge for their 6-1 defeat at Underhill earlier in the season.
Freddie's goal pulled the score back to 2-1 midway through the first half, but the young Gunners went in 3-1 down at half time, and Jermaine Pennant was sent off for a 2nd yellow card 15 minutes from time after reacting to a tackle.
See this match report on the official Charlton web site, and presumably one on Arsenal.com later. For the table and further stats, see the ArseWeb reserve team page.
