Tonight's reserve game with Spurs at St Albans is turning into quite a tasty little fixture. Following news that Tony Adams will play, Sports.com is now reporting that David Seaman will also make his comeback at Clarence Park.
Seaman developed a nasty limp in the final minute of the pre-season friendly against St Etienne in Clermont-Ferrand, and although Alex Manninger put up a manful performance against Man U on Sunday, many Gooners will be relieved to see The Moustachioed Marvel back between the posts. Teamtalk, however, pours cold water on the speculation.
Clarence Park already holds a special place in Arsenal history: it was the venue for Dennis Bergkamp's first appearance in an Arsenal shirt, and for Arsenal mailing list team Cybury Gooners' defeat of their Spurs counterparts in the inaugural Internet North London Derby of 1995.
It's a seven o'clock kick off if you fancy going.
