FA Premier Reserve League South, Tue 17 February 2004
Coventry City 0 Arsenal 2
Scorers: Cesc 7, Papadopoulos 9
With regular starters like Bentley and Hoyte playing (and scoring, in the former's case) for the England U21s, Clichy with the French U21s, and Quincy with the Dutch U19s, it was another young Arsenal side that played the reserve game at Nuneaton Borough's ground last night. Two goals in the first 10 minutes settled the match in the Gunners' favour, with the young Spaniard Cesc completing his comeback from injury with a long range strike.
