Final score from Borehamwood in the Premier League Cup Round 2:
Arsenal Ladies - 4 Bristol City Ladies - 1
An early goal from Lianne Sanderson put Arsenal into the lead followed shortly by a goal from Ciara Grant. However completely against the run of play Bristol City scored. The second half was completely dominated by the Arsenal Ladies but it wasn't until the final ten minutes that the dominence counted with another goal from Sanderson and in the last minute a goal from Julie Fleeting.
Arsenal Lades now face Fulham Ladies at Borehamwood in the quarter-final on Sunday November 7th. |
