Arsenal Ladies go top of the Premiership for the first time this season following a hard fought 2-1 away victory at Leeds. Jayne "Freddie" Ludlow scored the first goal before Leeds equalised and then Faye White got the winner with a few minutes remaining.
So the Ladies Premiership table now looks like this:
1 Arsenal FC Ladies 15 39
2 Charlton Athletic LFC 16 38
3 Everton LFC 17 34
4 Bristol Rovers WFC 15 28
5 Leeds United LFC 17 26
6 Birmingham City Ladies FC 14 24
7 Fulham FC Ladies 17 14
8 Doncaster Rovers Belles WFC 16 9
9 Bristol City WFC 18 9
10 Liverpool FC Ladies 17 7
The Ladies next game is away at Bristol Rovers on April 3rd before they travel to Sweden for the first leg of the UEFA Cup semi-final.
