Arsenal Ladies come home from Sweden with a 1-1 draw in the first leg of the UEFA Cup semi-final against Djurgården/Älvsjö. Julie Fleeting opened the scoring for Arsenal before Djurgården/Älvsjö equalised. Emma Byrne in the Arsenal goal provided a breath-taking display in the second half to keep Djurgården/Älvsjö from scoring further goals and so our Ladies come back for the second leg with all to play for.
The second leg is on Friday April 15th at Borehamwood with a 7:45pm kickoff. It's £2 entrance for adults and free for children. |
