FA Premier Reserve League South, Wed 4 Jan 2006
Arsenal 2 Ipswich Town 0
Scorers: Lupoli 11,81
A strong Arsenal second string side overcame Ipswich in a rearranged match held behind doors at the training ground this afternoon to replace Spurs at the top of the table. Arturo Lupoli's appetite for scoring remains undiminished and he wolfed two more to take his tally for the season to 14 in 11 reserve games. Senderos and Eboué were also given a runout, perhaps as a warm up for the weekend's FA cup game against Cardiff.
