A poor display from the Arsenal Ladies still saw them beat bottom of the table Birmingham City by 4-2 last night at rain-swept Borehamwood. All the goals came in the first half with Arsenal scoring through Lianne Sanderson x 2, Julie Fleeting and Yvonne Tracey.
This result still leaves Arsenal top of the Premiership five points ahead of Charlton although Charlton do have a game in hand and Arsenal still need to play Charlton at home (on the 13th April).
Arsenals next game is this Sunday (2nd) at Borehamwood with a 2pm kickoff against Sunderland.
(Please note the Everton game on Sunday 9th will now kickoff at 12 noon)
