Arsenal Ladies are closing in on retaining their Premiership crown with two games left. This follows a 5-0 win over Everton last week in which a scoreless first half was followed by goals from Lianne Sanderson x 2, Freddie Jayne Ludlow x 2 and Kelly Smith in the second half.
The Ladies play the first of those two games tonight (Thursday) with a home game at Borehamwood against Charlton Ladies (who are the only team that could still possibly take the title instead of our Ladies) with a 7:45pm kickoff. A win or a draw should be enough for the Ladies. This is followed by the final game of the season away to Doncaster Rovers Belles with a 2pm kickoff at Cantley Park, Doncaster on Sunday 16th April.
