Arsenal Ladies beat Chelsea Ladies by 5-1 at Chelsea's home ground at The Metropolitan Police Sports Ground tonight to claim yet another Premiership title with maximum points out of maximum games (so far). They have also scored more than 100 Premiership goals so far in the campaign with three games still remaining.
The second leg of the UEFA Cup is this Sunday with a 12 noon kickoff at Borehamwood and Arsenal take a 1-0 lead from the away leg against Umea. As long as there is no extra time then there is plenty of time post-match to get to the Emirates for the 4pm kickoff against Fulham so lets see if we can pack out Borehamwood for the unbeaten Ladies.
Scorers for the goals were Lianne Sanderson and Katie Chapman with braces and Rachel Yankey with the single goal.
