Good news for those travelling to Cardiff for the FA Cup final... the Highways Agency has wisely decided to remove all road works from the M4 and M5, and will suspend all routine maintenance on the big day. It follows congestion on the way to the Worthington Cup final at the same venue earlier this year. Needless to say, they're advising as many people as possible to use public transport, or car-share. |
