The club have confirmed that the Sheffield Utd game will be restarted from scratch. There will be a re-run of game 1 on Tuesday 23rd at Highbury, kickoff 7.45; if the game is drawn after 90 mins, there will be a replay at Sheffield on 6th March (which would have been the date of the next round).
The bookings received in Saturday's game will count on players' disciplinary records, and Petit will be deemed to have served one game of his suspension. Goals and appearances will not count on players' records.
The same referee (Peter Jones) and linesmen will 'take charge' of the rematch.
The club have made something of a concession by selling tickets at half-price; but there's no indication (yet) that those present on Saturday will have priority. Details
