The word has been handed down from on high -- the match is on, with a suggestion that proceeds go to charity. Nothing like a timely intervention, is there? Apparently Blatter's 'from the hip' backing of the original decision didn't sit too well with some of the Serbo-Portuguese crustaceans in FIFA's rules committee, hence the waffling of recent days.
