FIFA have asked that a guarantee -- that the winner of tonight's match will go through to the next round -- be signed by club representatives from both sides prior to tonight's match. The signing may take place on the pitch!! This from the people who brought you the World Cup 98 ticket distribution system and the "kick-in".
