For the second time running this week, French press is reporting we are favorites to land RC Lens midfielder Alex Nyarko. The strongly-built 26yr-old Ghanaian Int' l arrived in France 18 months ago but never settled in the team and Marseille, PSG, Inter, Liverpool and Sunderland are also said to track him. Meanwhile Nantes forward Olivier Monterrubio got a pulled leg injury yesterday during their 1-0 league home defeat against AS Saint-Etienne and will miss the UEFA thursday game. |
