Mr. le Boss told "France Football" he failed to sign one unnamed Brazilian player whilst the very same paper reveals a few pages after that Edmilson has joined The Arsenal for £5 million. The mind boggles... unless AW went to Sambaland to make inquiries for more than one Sao Paulo player as it was originally thought (França, Edmilson and Edu)
On to the Pires topic for a change : He reaffirmed for the umptienth time he still has not made yet his decision and that money is not his priority. The main difference between these past weeks and now is that he doesn' t trust his agent anymore : it is indeed his lawyer who is dealing now with the transfer to Real or Arsenal.
