Jermaine Pennant is in the England U15 squad for the international against Eire at Preston on March 15. The other Arsenal member of the squad is John Spicer, who as yet has made only 3 substitute appearances for the Arsenal U17 team. More details on this Sporting Life page
Some slightly older youth international news - the England under-16 team qualified for the finals of the European U16 championships in the Czech republic in April. The squad, containing Jay Bothroyd, Leon Britton and David Noble from Arsenal, beat Cyprus 2-1 and Armenia 2-0 in the qualifying group games in Cyprus last week. Bothroyd played as sub in the 1st match, but I haven't found any further information about the 2nd.
Goalkeeper Stuart Taylor is the only Arsenal player in the England under-18 squad for the European U18 championship qualifying group games in Spain this month. David Platt is helping to coach the squad for these games -see this earlier newsreel item for more details.
