After including Tony Adams, Martin Keown,
Ray Parlour and David Seaman in his first
England squad, caretaker coach Kevin Keegan had
kind words for the uncapped Parlour.
Keegan believes he should have been a certainty at the
World Cup in France after his outstanding performances in
helping Arsenal to the Double last season.
