... for Argentina, if not for Arsenal. Unlike Roma striker Gabriel Batistuta, Gunner defender Nelson Vivas is part of Argentina's squad for next month's World Cup qualifier against Colombia. Full squad at Daily Soccer. Argentina leads the South American round-robin qualifying group, and Nelson seems to be one of the key players in defence. Reports suggest that he plays on the right of a three-man defence for his country. There's been some time since he's figured in the Arsenal first team, and rumours are rife about his departure from Highbury and English football. Argentina have more faith in our Nelse than Arsène Wenger, strangely enough. On the other hand, there might be takers for an Argentina regular?
