Kanu has been called up for an international friendly
next Wednesday.
The reason you haven't heard Arsenal moaning about it is
that the game, between Nigeria and Jamaica, is to be held at
QPR's Loftus Road ground. There have been no suggestions that Kanu is concerned about safety aspects of the long trip to West London.
What interests us is the question of whether Kanu will be available to play against Man Utd on the Monday. If not, who will be? The last we heard, Barrett was back from his loan at Crewe. So, Barrett and Aliadiere or Pennant up front? Or might Dennis Bergkamp get a game? |
