David Bentley and Justin Hoyte both started for the England under-19 team in a friendly against Hungary in Budapest yesterday. Bentley scored England's second goal in a 3-1 win. The game was a warm-up game before the qualifying games for the European U19 championships start in November. England are in a group with Macedonia, Moldova and Romania.
