Solidifying his status as the English media's favourite manager, Arsene has let it be known he is a supporter of the England bid, though diplomatically conceding (lest Kanu's parents or Vieira's relations are reading the papers) that there is a strong case for holding the tournament in Africa.
Presumably, as Wenger will be managing England at that point, he'd like to sleep at home during the tournament.
