Steve Bould plans to go into management. The Arsenal legend, who moved to Sunderland at the start of last season,
announced his retirement from playing last week after failing to
fully recover from a foot injury.
Now he says he's going to take a UEFA coaching course before looking for a coaching/management position. He admits that it's going to be hard, but says "I don't know anything else except football. I can't imagine opening a clothes shop somehow."
[You just smile and cut the tape, Steve.]
What's the betting we see him back at Arsenal one day?
Meanwhile Sunderland's other ex-Gunner Stefan Schwarz
is hoping to be back playing soon after a 7-month lay-off with an achilles injury.
