Former Highbury hero Anders Limpar has angered the fans of AIK Stockholm, by signing with local rivals Djurgarden when AIK decided not to employ him for next season.
Three AIK fanatics took matters into their own hands - trashing the bar he owns in central Stockholm on Saturday night... 'calling him a traitor and ripping down AIK emblems in the bar' according to Reuters.
Intriguingly, Limpar will not be receiving a regular salary from Djurgarden - but is on a win bonus of about £1600 per game.
He's quoted in the papers as saying (very rough translation) "I was offered tons of money to play in the States but
didn't want to end my career over there".
