Swedish international and one-time class act in a mediocre
Arsenal midfield Stefan Schwarz look set to move
to Sunderland according to local paper the Evening Chronicle.
He was on Wearside for a medical yesterday and is set to become their £3million record signing.
He says "I did not do myself justice when I played for Arsenal but, hope-fully, Sunderland fans will see the best of me." but
we're still waiting to hear what makes him think his wife
will prefer Sunderland to London (I'm sure it's a very nice
place and I guess it is marginally closer to Sweden!) |
