Just when you thought Nicolas Anelka had wised up, and got his career back on track... he's been dropped by Real Madrid boss Vincente del Bosque.

'Nicolas Anelka, as a Real Madrid player, has certain obligations to the club,' del Bosque said. 'One of those is to train and the player refused to do that today.'

He's been left out of the Real squad to face Seville - and ominously, the club says it will take 'other action'.
