Cybury kept up their 100% record against their Tottenham counterparts with a 3-1 win in a downpour in Harrow.
Spurs opened the scoring in the 20th minute when their striker ran forward and struck a right footed shot
accross keeper Jack Tilbury into the bottom corner. Cybury fought back and Greg Dyer found himself in
space after a Stephen Samuel through ball, and coolly slotted it home.
The half finished at 1-1. The second half began brightly for Cybury, with a succession of chances cleared or saved,
but in the 80th minute, relentless pressure paid dividends when Mark King crossed for Greg Dyer to acrobatically
scissor kick into the bottom corner. Soon after, a defensive mix up allowed Jamie Samuel to make it 3-1 by lobbing
the keeper and defence from 25 yards.
Team : Jack Tilbury; Mark King, Alex Chung, Danny Peters, Mel Melis; Tony Winyard, Stephen Samuel, Kev McCarthy,
Nick Motture; Jamie Samuel, Greg Dyer. Subs: Thomas Mensah, Tommy MacLachlan.
