Alex Manninger's wrist injury is not as bad as first feared,
according to Soccernet, and it is likely that he'll be available for
the Barcelona match on Wednesday (although a final decision
has not yet been made).
Manninger, who missed the start of last season with a wrist injury, was hurt in 2 collisions with Watford striker Allan
Smart on Saturday.
If he's not available, it will mean bringing David Seaman
back from injury in a tougher game than we'd have liked.
He played 90 minutes of
a reserve match last week, but didn't really have to do anything.
The only other option would be veteran John Lukic, youngster
Stuart Taylor having left for Bristol Rovers on loan.
