Sky Sports reckons that Patrick Vieira's six match ban would begin on 11 November. Provisionally, we reckon that means he would miss...

  • Middlesbrough in the league (at home), 20 Nov.

  • Derby in the league (at home), 27 Nov.

  • Leicester in the league (away), 4 Dec.

  • Round 4 of the Worthless Cup at Middlesbrough, 30 Nov.

  • Round 3 of the FA Cup, opponent to be drawn, 11 Dec.

  • Worthless Cup round 5 (15 Dec) OR
    the league game vs Wimbledon (18 Dec).

Good news is that (a) he won't be banned from European games; and (b) the ban begins after the Spurs game.
