German midfielder Stefan Malz is every boss' dream, at least he makes all the right noises from the reserves' bench. In an interview with the Sky Sports website, the summer £600,000 signing says: "The most important thing for me is that Arsenal have success, even if I am not in the squad. There are many people in the country, in the stadium and in the club who hope that Arsenal are successful. I'm like them." The German continues, like a good example should, "It is a very hard life at the moment. Not personally, but in trying to play in the first team because the challenge is very hard. But I have to accept this and I have to do my best training every day. That is my job."
