Veteran defender Lee Dixon has turned down the opportunity to be assistant manager of newly relegated Wimbledon. Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger let Dixon himself consider Dons manager Terry Burton's offer. The 35-year-old decided to stay and fight for a place in the Arsenal team another season.
