Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger is threatening to take the FA to court in a bid to clear his name, the Sky Sports website writes. A 12-match touchline ban and four weeks wages' worth in a fine to the FA is the result of Wenger being found guilty of 'threatening behaviour and physical intimidation' after the Premier League opener at Sunderland. "It is not only a harsh punishment, but I feel it is a big injustice," Wenger says to Sky Sports. "I will appeal of course, maybe go to a legal court, because it is difficult to accept that I cannot do my work for 12 games. I just won’t accept it..html"
