Fingers crossed for what could potentially be one of the most important games of Arsenal's season. Tonight the reserves play at Southampton and according
to reports (eg Soccernet) not only is Martin Keown back in full training, but he's going to put his fitness to the test
in that match, for the first time in months.
Martin's return could be the key to our season. Gilles Grimandi's sending off yesterday will see him banned for the FA Cup semi-final. In the week preceding that match we have Tottenham at home in the league, and the first leg of our Champs League quarter-final, and it's hard to see Tony Adams being able to play in all 3 matches.
Grimandi has said that he's more disappointed with his late miss in front of goal yesterday than he is with the sending off.
