Arsenal fans desperate to find out which of their heroes are up for sale, have followed the official squad number list on arsenal.com very closely.

Today, only Silvinho is without a shirt. The Brazilian full back is for sale, and has been linked with Spanish and Italian clubs.

His number 16 is given to Giovanni van Bronckhorst, while new keeper Richard Wright has been given the no. 24 shirt vacated by the retired John Lukic.

As earlier reported, Ashley Cole has been given number 3, but earlier incumbent Igors Stepanovs hasn't been frosen out, as some papers have reported. Instead, he plays with number 26 the coming season.

And of course, arsenal.com stress that the numbers are all subject to change. So there will be more speculation later...
