| Henry sets Arsenal record |

Last night's double means that Thierry Henry is now
our record goalscorer in European competition.
Ian Wright was the previous holder, naturally, with
15 goals in 19 games. An extraordinary rate of return
from our overall record goalscorer, and one which Henry
was probably always destined to beat given the massively
increased number of European games he gets to play.
But even so, to pass the 15 mark after just over 2 years
is some achievement. Henry's now on 59 Arsenal goals in
total and if he stays with the club for a few more years it seems likely that he'll
make David Dein's prediction come true, and overtake Wrighty
in all competitions.
