Tony Adams returns to action tonight, Monday, after over two months of injuries. The Arsenal captain will play for the reserves against West Bromwich. Adams has missed 10 weeks with a broken foot. The 35-year-old, who plans to retire at the end of this season, told The Sun: "I've been out for a long time but I knew it would take this long and I'm bang on schedule." Adams has pencilled in the Boxing Day game against Chelsea at Highbury as his return to the first team. |
