Tony Adams much heralded return for the reserves tonight
has been postponed.
The match at home (Barnet) to West Ham still goes ahead
(although it's hard to see the point) but Tone won't be
there having turned up for training today with a minor
knee complaint.
He's hoping that it'll be better in time for another
reserve match scheduled for Thursday (according to
Arsenal.com,
although their reserve fixtures page lists no game on Thursday... many thanks to Christopher Pinnell for clearing this up: Arsenal have
arranged a reserve friendly for Thursday, away to Peterborough.
But it's not all bad news.
Richard Wright could play that night too, having returned to full training now. And Francis Jeffers is still in line
for a return in the Irons game tonight.
