Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger has cleared up some of the rumours surrounding who's in and who's out of next year's squad. No major overhaul is planned, Sky Sports reports.

"... I am not thinking of signing [Japan star Hidetoshi] Nakata. We have a lot of players who play in the same position," Wenger says.

He confirms that Dennis Bergkamp, Sylvain Wiltord, Kanu, Robert Pires and Edu will play for Arsenal next season. Bergkamp, Kanu and Wiltord have all been linked with moves to other clubs.

"[Patrick] Vieira is staying too," Wenger says. But we knew that.
