Patrick Vieira has been charged with misconduct by the FA following his dismissal during Sunday's game between Chelsea and Arsenal.

According to the Fa's website, www.thefa.com, Paddy is to be charged with threatening Andy D'Urso with abusive and/or insulting behaviour.

Vieira has 14 days to respond to the charge.
