Ashley Cole has been banned for 2 matches, for using "abusive and/or insulting words to a match official". The incident happened after the loss at Southampton back in November and involved swearing at Paul Durkin (while we don't condone any Arsenal player doing stuff that's likely to lead to a suspension, sometimes it must be so hard not to swear at Paul Durkin).
Ashley pleaded guilty, and will have to pay a £2000 fine as well as missing the next 2 games (home to West Ham and Farnborough).
