Kanu has been offered £1m to leave Arsenal and find a new employer. The club desperately want to cut his weekly £42k from the wage bill, according to the Sky Sports website. The Nigerian international signed from Inter Milan in 1999 for £4.5m, and negotiated his contract at the height of the transfer market. Fenerbahce, Galatasaray, Panathinaikos and Ajax are rumoured to be interested in signing Kanu.
