Freddie Ljungberg was involved in a car crash on the A41 after training
yesterday. He was unhurt, but his £50,000 BMW is a bit of a wreck, and the couple in the other car had to go to hospital. Sol Campbell and Patrick Vieira came to Freddie's assistance.
Some minor details vary between reports. According to the Standard, Sol and Paddy stopped to help when they spotted his smashed-up M3 at the side of the road. Pink Football (football for girls) say that Freddie made an SOS call to them, and add that the couple managed to get all 3 players' autographs before heading for the hospital. |
